Yes. Not only do we deliver property services outside of business hours, we have a 24/7 support line for any issues or urgent matters. The hours your personnel will work will be agreed upon depending on your organisation’s specific needs.

All Hygex personnel carry ID cards and are fully uniformed to be easy and immediately recognisable as authorised Hygex staff. You will also be assigned a regular team, so the same people will be on your premises each day and you can maintain a relationship of trust with them. 

Only staff and management inducted to work in your premises may enter your premises, staff are not allowed to take ‘helpers’ with them. 

Should there be any staff change assigned to your premises, you will be advised of this change beforehand.

All staff have police security checks and working with children (as appropriate) that are annually updated.
